01Why does every package show two prices?
Because that is how Jeto quotes: “without flight” is the land package (hotels, transfers, tours, tickets) per person, and “with flight” adds return airfare from your city at the time of quoting. Airfares move daily, so both are indicative ranges and the exact figure is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
02What is included in a package?
The stay listed on the card, the breakfasts listed, all the sightseeing and transfers in the activity ledger, and entry tickets where the ledger says so. Expenses of a personal nature, guide and parking charges where not mentioned, and anything not under inclusions are extra — the full list is in our Terms & Conditions.
03Can I change a package?
Yes. The published packages are starting points; most trips are customised — a hotel category up or down, an extra night, a different island, a family of five instead of a couple. Tell the consultant what you want and the price is re-quoted.
04How do I pay?
Online, through Razorpay, before the trip begins — Jeto does not take on-ground payments. Credit cards, debit cards and UPI are accepted.
05What if I cancel?
Airline, hotel, activity and visa vendors charge their own cancellation fees, and Jeto deducts a non-refundable service fee of ₹2,999 per traveller in addition. In a natural-calamity or force-majeure situation the team works to recover the maximum refund the vendors allow. Full wording is in the Terms & Conditions.
06Do you arrange visas?
Yes — visa and travel insurance are part of the end-to-end service. Each destination page lists the current visa route for Indian passport holders; rules change, so the consultant re-confirms at booking.
07I am travelling in the next seven days. Is that possible?
Often, yes. Call or WhatsApp the urgent line, +91 92057 55610, rather than waiting for the quote-form reply.
08Will you spam me after I send a quote request?
No. Submitting the form means you agree to be contacted about your trip on the number you share; that is what the calls are for. The 2,529 Google reviews are the best evidence of how the team behaves.
